Yes. Each service can take a deposit when a customer books, and set fees for no-shows and late cancellations inside a window you choose. A deposit already paid counts towards the fee. Before you mark a no-show, Paydough tells you exactly what will be charged.
Yes. A service can be one-to-one, a one-off session, or repeating sessions on a timetable. Each session has a set number of places. When it fills, customers can join the waitlist and are booked in automatically if a place frees up.
Yes. Each staff member can connect their own Google Calendar, and the bookings and sessions they work are added to it. The sync goes one way, so changes made in Google don't come back to Paydough. Customers get an Add to calendar button on every booking.
Bookings come with the Essential plan, alongside quotes, recurring invoices and income reports. Starter covers invoicing and card payments for free.
Yes. Starter is free and needs no card, so you only pay 2.5% + 30p on each card payment. Essential and Growth ask for a card when you choose them.
